Second, with their discoveries in hand, they will have a one-on-one, 1-hour video or phone Clarity Starter Session with one of our design experts, to get to know each other and ensure we truly undersand what they are dreaming of
Finally our design team will prepare
a bound copy of their Dreams Needs and Options Assessment
A Mood Board of suggested materials, components, furniture types and styles, and a colour palette for their Design Concept.

**Phase 3: Technical Precision Drawing Package™

Once you approve the vision from Phase 1, you may be invited to Phase 2 — the detailed technical design work required for engineering, fabrication, and installation, including preliminary and final project estimates.
This package typically represents approximately 15% of the soft cost of design, depending on complexity.
