Pricing for the Holiday Gift Edition is $1,797 (net of HST) - for balconies or terraces from 100 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft. (up to 46.5 sq. meters)

A balcony or terrace larger than 500 sq. ft. presents many more lifestyle opportunities and therefore will take extra time to explore the possibilities and potential Cost.

For spaces larger than 500 sq. ft., add $500 (net of HST) for each additional 100 sq. ft. of surface area. (9 square meters)
