Garden Connections is different. We are designers and master landscape architects. Before we recommend anything, we need to understand your space, your building rules, your lifestyle, and your vision properly. That takes expertise and time, and we respect both enough to charge for them. Think of it the way you would think of a physician or an architect. You would not expect a diagnosis for free. You would expect to pay for someone who gets it right.

How much does a balcony or terrace design project typically cost in Toronto or Vancouver?

It depends on the size of your balcony or terrace, the design direction, the materials, and what your building requires for approval. We do not offer one-size-fits-all pricing because no two projects are the same. What we can tell you is that clients who work with Garden Connections consistently find the result was worth the investment. My Condo Board or Strata Council is very strict. Is it even worth trying to get approval for a balcony transformation?

Only condominium owners can apply to modify, upgrade, or improve an exclusive-use common area balcony or terrace. If you are a renter, contact us. We may be able to give you some guidance about how to ask your landlord to consider a Garden Connections upgrade to the home you rent.
